It certainly reminded us both exactly what those marriage vows mean and after our almost 44 years of marriage, reminded us both that words, and promises, truly matter. Dear Patrick, Bill and I would like to thank you very much for performing such an inspirational and thought provoking wedding ceremony for Gerin and Julie. I particularly appreciated the reminder to be oneself throughout married life. These two are special, unique and genuinely kind young people. Those are the qualities good marriages develop and help grow over the years. What is special to one partner is different for the other. Julie and Gerin have both seen happy marriages throughout their young loves.
